Received an offer from a mid tier Bank for a Senior Manager of DS role within internal audit where I’d be leading all data related projects (dash boarding, ETL, analytics) for their IA practice but not performing IA. Offer is 195k TC .

Been targeting tech but have failed at AMZN, G, PayPal, Coin for roles. Do I keep chugging along or take the TC bump and Title bump and try again in the future? Thoughts?

Any agencies putting their money where their mouth is with addressing the Gender and Minority pay gap or is it all just BS/ lip service?

What are your thoughts on this ? What are my issues here. I think the hardest one is to predict discovery. But I also think we can outsource some of this to cheeper labor and lean on our tech to not actually have to review everything.
