A home in a rust belt city is listed for ~60K, move in ready. It was listed for 40K a week or two ago. At both prices it would cash flow. Sellers would request closing cost? How much should I budget for that? I’m thinking of asking somewhere in the middle 48-52K given that I’d be paying closing cost. What should be my strategy going in here?
