Have you owned a house like this? I live in Cleveland and call tell you it's either (1) not actually move-in ready; and/or (2) it's in a terrible part of town and whatever tenant you convince to live there is going to trash it.
There's a fundamental difference between a property cash flowing on paper and actually owning it. If this is your first income property I wouldn't pick this. You can find some great deals for 100-150k that cash flow and are desirable
Disagree Accenture. I've lived in a lot of different met areas and cleveland is my favorite.
