A job posting listed a range of $70k–$110k which admittedly is quite large. I said $95k in the screening call and they scheduled me for interviews. Final offer came in at $72k and they simply said that I 'didn't have enough senior experience' for the higher range. Why post a range that wide if you're not going to honour it even slightly? Just feel like I've wasted my time with the whole process and now feeling quite deflated

I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?
