Any fun plans for the weekend?
They’re onto me...

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

@OP, I recently interviewed with EPAM and while not on the tech side (it was a different team) happy to help if you want to DM.
I once worked in the Energy side of PS as well, so I have a good sense of where you're coming from.
What’s the comp, base / bonus?
What cities? HCOL /LCOL?
Do either align better with career goals?
Comp is pretty much in the same range. One is FS while the other is energy (I am in energy now). Move will be from western Canada to east us
What comp did IBM offer for Associate Partner? I have a interview coming up. Would be helpful to be prepared.
AP is an industry I know quite a bit about, but has sales goals with the title. I consider myself a strong delivery guy with less of sales. Technology wise AP is less exciting - mix of legacy, ERP and stuff, but will see a lot of growth in renewables etc. Director is in FS, lots of engineering/tech work and I should say aligns better with my interest to get a bit more hardcore into tech
But FS means a move to NY area
Logistics - I have made peace with. I was really thinking from a long term career perspective. What will position me well? Both have advantages and disadvantages- EPAM could be somewhat advanced tech work - modern engineering, cloud and the likes. IBM role has a significant sales piece, and a mix bag of tech- not so much cloud etc, but a lot of legacy tech. The industry is not known to embrace tech innovation that fast. Mind says D at EPAM, but the IBM brand and the “no move” angle is compelling
I took a role at EPAM on the non-tech side. It's been rocky. They are performing very well on the tech side though. Non tech side is operating like a start up with lots of hiccups.
SC1: May I DM you too? I’m also thinking about joining EPAM.
