I work as a TPM for a bank and my aim is to find myself in a product company( currently on a consultants payroll) . I have over 13 yrs of experience in IT and been working as TPM for the last 1.5 yrs. I tried to interview with Amazon 6 months back and failed in the loop. They say per my experience, I qualify for L6 but they felt I had not worked in large projects like they expected. I know for sure this is something about how I portray my experience. How do I get coached to showcase my skills?Amazon

Typical recruiter
Very typical of IBM. Highly disorganized HR. Don’t take it personally
IBM recruiters are awful
I replied that I was and when I was available but got no response. Followed up several times but still no response. I get that most companies don't hire this time of the year but I find this to be pretty unprofessional. Is this typical with IBM?
Hasn't been my experience with most companies. IBM is a well known company too. Wouldn't expect that from them.
85% of 100% of recruiters are terrible. This has happened to me with F100 firms
Typical of recruiters, never had that experience at IBM though, they were super eager to make a connection and fast to schedule the interviews...
I had a really bad experience with bluewolf and HR especially. They promised me a certain salary range in the beginning but after all was said and done an offer was extended bur they were about $15,000 off of what was originally quoted. The interviewer was also really rude and condescending.
IBM is interviewing now but no hire date till beginning of the year. Just interviewed with them and took 2 weeks to setup another interview. Be patient I guess.
No for IBM. They’re in the news a lot of scandal lately. They laid off thousands of employees, who all magically happened to be over 40
