ABA or RBT?

I am in a unique and complicated situation. The short version is that I have worked physically in healthcare for over a decade. I'm getting older and I'm not able to work the way that I used to. I completed a bachelor's degree in psychology because I was hopeful I could transition into mental health care. It seemed logical to me and the school made it seem as so. Cue graduation and I don't qualify for anything because I don't have ABA or RBT certification. Any advice? Please?

Is WFH really ever going to end? I see the benefits of in-person at times, but does it really out weigh remote? As an industry we’ve done it almost two years! How likely is it places that are going to tentatively be hybrid actually follow through?

I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus. Grown in this role over about 10 years with the same firm, MBA + CFA; top 10 city and living comfortably as dual income household.

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. Let’s talk speed reading. I’m a slow reader and listened to a podcast recently on speed reading. I’m intrigued. Who here speed reads? How did you learn those skills, and what types of documents do you speed read in practice?
