1. Interesting that the OP is uncertain about the exact number of people that got together as evidenced by the usage of “About 10.” Such uncertainty reveals the overzealous nature to quit prior to having performed a thorough analysis of all potential actions and their resulting consequences, and
2. Also difficult to all simultaneously quit as that would require the respective number of HR personnel and a certain door width to allow for all to simultaneously walk-out.
You will quit without a job? Get real that is very stupid. Make smart choices about your career and not over a few thousand dollars at a low level. I wouldn’t hire you if heard why you left because your a shit stirring trouble maker. Everyone is replaceable especially now that everyone works remotely.

Just like actual unions, there will always be scabs who cross the metaphorical picket line to replace you.
And while those scans replace us, we will be making a good bit more at another firm

How funny would it be if all 5 with current offers are from offers from the same company.
They might not give in, cause they don’t want to make a precedent for another group to strong arm them
10 seniors isn’t that many. The firm can and will replace you... even if it hurts in the short term.
