I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?
Has anyone interviewed @Leidos? What to expect?

Do tell! It’s ghost city out here on the front lines
My biggest trick is responding “Assume you’re not interested in...” making THEM feel like the bad guy and they usually respond right away.
Haven’t tried it with recruiters specifically though, but works wonders in other situations.
“Assume you’re not interested in this opportunity. / in participating in (...)”
Usually get “Omg no sorry here’s my excuse!”
Same experience... Megan S so unprofessional
I second that
I’m a recruiter. And candidates ghost me when I give them offers. (Good offers). It’s today’s version of bad etiquette. . People with bad manners will get their bad karma. I feel for you
The more I think about it, the more angry it makes me. This agency is 3 avenues from the train station too.

Curious what you think is going to happen if you PUT THEM ON BLAST here? And for the people who are dying to know, why? Who cares.
Agree with creative director 2. I have a wild philosophy: the agency MAY have other things to do on top of interviewing. I know, that philosophy is out there
Agencies do this more often than we think. I just put the recruiter on my dnd list.
I had the in-house staffer send me an email thanking me for meeting with all if the diff peeps and they would have a decision next week. I responded “so im not going to meet the decision maker that was unavailable for the past 3 weeks”. The response changed to, they will have a decision as to who will be chosen for the next level to meet that person. 🤣🤣🤣
Do not let them treat you like that... snap at them! Update us though
This is a cok tease
Just feels good to do it here knowing relevant people hear it. Absolute waste of my time, will never associate with this agency again.
Happened to me once. Haven’t worked in specific advertising since.
Do it!
