About to leave my current firm and will lose my corporate platinum Amex. Want to transfer my Amex Rewards points before I lose access later this month. What are some of the best ways to do this?

Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that. Over the last 6 months I have had to coach him and correct simple mistakes in his work and recently it got so bad that I told him he would receive a low rating in his evaluation. He lashed out, involved HR saying he doesn’t understand why, and now my review points out stuff that I would have let slide.

I’ve been thinking about getting into real estate investing. Not right now but later down the road. I’ve been trying to save up for a down payment. What are some good resources for a beginner? Blogs, YouTube, books etc I’m not looking for paid courses because I will be learning at a slow pace. Any help will be appreciated.

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Cap One just released an interesting new premium travel card with a lot of seemingly good perks (Venture X). I also looked at the CSP and the Southwest Priority card.
