I would call my Dr. and ask. Depending on where you ate those dumplings and/or where they were made will help to determine if they were prepared and handled properly. Some smaller, foreign-owned restaurants sometimes do not follow the preparation and storage rules that North American public health requires of restaurants. Most public health agencies responsible for restaurant inspection make their findings public - you can check the records of the restaurant you ate at and see the report from their latest health inspection if you are concerned.
A doctor can't do anything for you if you don't have symptoms yet. Wait and see if any develop.

A lot of times pork dumplings are precooked (if the frozen kind) worth starting there
