Advice on prepping for interviews for a strategy role? Role is in industry, Director-level, reporting to C suite. I know they are looking for someone to work with the org execs (C suite’s DRs) to set strategic objectives for the org overall, and then specifically for the different areas across the org. Also an element of representing the org / C exec as mouthpiece. Thoughts on how to best demonstrate previous strategy experience, especially from Big 4 consulting?

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality.
