After an intro interview, was told to hang on for a week. Haven't heard back for almost a month. To follow up or play the waiting game?

Hi guys ,I had received call from Accenture hr regarding clearing of technical interview and she also completed hr interview.
She said regarding upload of documents I will receive a call for that but it has been one week and I haven't received anything and what is talent coach who discusses salary discussion round with you? Can anyone explain

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

I interviewed at Amazon for a PM role in Dec. 2020 and was ultimely rejected. I was told I have to wait a year to reapply. Fast forward to June 2022, another recruiter reaches out to me re: a PM role. I pass the screening interview, and move on to the virtual on site interview stage. I randomly get a call from the recruiter telling me there is now a TWO YEAR reapply policy in place so I'm not eligible to interview for any PM roles until Dec. 2022. Anyone ever heard of this policy? Seems strange

What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory.
