Both my grandparents died within the last few years (husband/wife) and now the siblings (including my dad) need to divide up the remaining estate. Anyone have situational depression? Can’t stop beating myself up over a decision a year ago. Basically missed out on a massive amount of money. I know this seems trite and i never even cared thatt much about money before this year.

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. I saw a post about a job listing for a Big 4 and it said it had a strong preference for people who identify as LGBTQ+ or a minority racial group. Does this mean they have a higher chance of getting the job? Not trying to start any political debates, I’m just generally curious.

Does mba help in pivoting to consulting? I want to learn more about business + do strategy work and I’m not sure if I’m getting that in tech. Undergrad major was econ and was very theoretical (didn’t learn anything about business). Have done interviews with all MBBs in the past but either didn’t pass assessment stage or didn’t make it pass the case interviews. Feedback was that I need to improve business judgement for case interviews.
