Many companys are providing but rest not. As Company's are planning to extend WFH so we should be given allowances. Many of us don't have comfortable Chairs and suitable table for office work purpose at our home.

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call.
