Use frownies! Or something similar
Do what’s comfortable for you. 35 is not early for Botox though. If you already have wrinkles it won’t remove them, it will just prevent new ones
What’s not true? Your mom is lucky to have a great genetics, but OP wrote that her wrinkles started showing up. Many women start Botox at 30, it really depends on what woman wants. There is no right or wrong here.
I’m 40 and I love Botox but I waited until I wanted to for myself. Please don’t ever feel pressured!! I couldn’t care less who else does it and no one should judge you for doing it or not .
I was 28 when I started Botox because I was truly unhappy with the deep wrinkles in my forehead. Those wrinkles are now gone. Do it if it bothers you and only you
35 is not early. It’s better to start now.
Practice inner strength and dont give in to society pressure. Botox is toxic! I nearly died from a small amount of botox. Reactions and side effects are radically down played and covered up Bc it’s a multibillion dollar industry. Go to faceyogamethod.com! It works crazy good, cheaper and much safer! Neogenesis.com for products that are insanely good. If you want a deep discount on them, message me.
It’s not a big deal. I was against it and judgmental of people who did it for a long time. Then I found myself single, 33, and hit with some lines all at once out of nowhere. I went for a consultation at a place someone on FB recommended and ended up getting some that day. I have not had any bad side effects. I am MUCH happier with how I look. I have slightly less depression because my forehead doesn’t wrinkle but otherwise I don’t think anyone can tell. I have not been secretive about it with women who talk about it because I’m grateful from the support I’ve gotten from other women doing it. I’m honest about getting it and share my experience with others.
That said- do it for you- not to fit in. You might just go for a consultation and get all the facts from a professional. The lady I go to actually used to be an ER nurse.
Look into Gua Sha sculpting, it’s an easy step to add into your skincare routine. I like the idea of the Frownies but I haven’t tried them myself. Also retinol or tret can reduce fine lines if you aren’t already using one of those in your routine you should consider it. Daily sun screen on your face, neck and hands, and wear a big hat/sun protective clothing when hanging outdoors for a long time, or stay in the shade. Stay hydrated (less alcohol/moderation) and eat more protein, women need more protein as well age. Edible collagen and biotin supplements.
Also mindset change. Aging is a privilege that not everyone gets to experience. The idea that women aren’t supposed to have fine lines or wrinkles at certain ages is just the marketing/beauty industry preying on insecurities to turn a profit.
Do these and focus on your mental health, reducing stress, eating a balanced diet, getting in daily activity however that looks for you and you will age beautifully.
