Am I crazy to want a change and yet be terrified at the same time? I work for myself. I do independent dispatch for independent carriers. Been doing it since 2016. I love what I do. But I need a change. Even if that change is working in an office setting. And that’s the scary part. Been working from home since I started dispatch.

But it’s getting to me. The loads aren’t paying to match the inflation. I’m making half of what I used to and double work. Oh and I haven’t had a break in 8 years.

Deloitte is remote until at least Sept 6, you can only access offices earlier with express permission. Some limited travel is occurring to client site prior to then.
