Am I worth 100k+?

I am in the process of interviewing for a senior analyst postion for a managed care company, this position is mainly focused on business development (m&a).

Total business experience is about 5 years (2 years public in audit and 3 years data analysis in industry). I also have 5 years of healthcare experience (nurse equivalent), this experience is very specialized and is directly related to the company's business.

I currently get paid 72k at Deloitte. Thoughts?

Advice on reporting to a manager that has lesser/equivalent experience?

Context: I’m an L2 working in paid search with ~3 years of experience, the role above mine (L4, requires 5-7 years of paid search experience) has been vacant for 7+ months. New boss will start in September, Linkedin stalking has revealed that they only have ~3 years of total agency experience and only 1.5 in paid search.

I love my team and don’t really want to quit, but I’m feeling upset and turning to fishbowl for advice!

About 6 months ago I applied for a team lead role and didn't get it. My boss, in recognition of my efforts (and maybe being a little scared that I'd quit) gave me a 13% raise, and minor promotion to get better clients. NOW I applied for another team lead role (2nd interview soon, wish me luck), if I get it, could withhold a raise from me? Or maybe short me on a raise because I already got a bump this year? I haven't had the convo yet, just trying to be prepared.

My Roth account has the lowest balance because historically I've taken the tax deduction for pre tax contributions to the SEP and Rollover.

I understand if I contribute the money to Rollover and then backdoor to Roth, I will pay tax pro-rata based on the contribution percentage of total Rollover/SEP account balance (majority tax on funds that have grown).

2nd year audit staff here. If I want to exit audit to go into a Sr. Financial Analyst role or industry accounting role, should I start applying right after my senior promotion? I really don’t want to do a year of audit as a senior.
