Amazon TC question - Am I getting low-balled?? I am having my Amazon loop interview in the next 2 weeks and I want to come to it prepared in case they want to talk TC. It's for a non-tech business development manager role posted as L5/L6. HM told me the role has a ceiling TC of $190k. I think that's bull based on what I've seen on levels, comparably, glassdoor, compgauge. Any Amazonians advice is appreciated. Thanks

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? Since I had to reach out to the recruiter and haven't heard anything since I assume they're interested in another candidate.
