Unisom and B6 helped with morning sickness. Unfortunately the exhaustion is just something that you have to deal with. I started feeling significantly better at around 14 weeks.

I ate sour candy, specifically airhead xtremes. My doctor also suggested peppermint oil on your nose.
Preggie pop drops and white ink nausea inhaler on Amazon helped me with my nausea....I also got a prescription from my OB for diclegis which was also helpful for me!

Drink lemon water and lots of water throughout the day. You would be tired because of harmonal changes. Try adding more fruits, vegetables and dry fruits in your diet

Bland food and eating often in small portions, ginger beer (non-alc) helped me with nausea. Exhaustion is something you'll just have to accept. Nap whenever you can. There are great mom bowl here, lots of good advice there.
