Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

I'm having my first day tomorrow - really excited! All-in-all it's a nice process - they provide you with a lot of support and information for the interviews, so you can really prepare (I spent a week compiling a an info repo). Post-offer it's a fairly intense process - I had an international move for the job so a lot of things to be done but they provide an insane amount of support through it all.
can we connect?? i’d like to see if there’s an opp. congrats by the way!!! 🎊
What’s your yoe and your speciality?
speciality: none really. previously had pigeon hole and have since tried to generalize
What role are you applying for? What do you wish to learn?
still looking. unsure where my talents would be a best fit
Without having clarity of what you bring to the table I’m afraid you might not find a landing spot for your talents at FB. A pitfall of a career within b4 consulting is the generalist mindset which doesn’t align to how tech evaluates laterals. One exercise that might accelerate clarity is a summary of your engagements and your role to find your spike.
Most consulting folks land in one of the following roles - strategy and ops, chief of staff, product management, program management and product marketing. Explore what is needed for each of these roles and see where you’ve most relevant experiences.
thank you for the insight! I definitely have the generalist mindset and I wonder if I decide to look at Facebook would you recommend that my resume should be more technically written? I do have technical skills but I would need to write up a technical specific resume
