Intouch Solutions in KC was very considerate of family obligations when I was there. Don't know about their other offices.

Klick! Canadian run, so they actually treat people well.
Yes. Came to say this.
Even though healthcare treats humans, humanity is lacking in healthcare advertising....lip service for most part, but it depends on your manager.
Nope, not that I’ve seen. They’ll give you lip service that suggests the opposite, but agencies aren’t built to support families anymore.
The U.S. is well behind the curve when it comes to maternity/paternity leave. If you're currently working at an agency it may be best to stick it out there where you are already established. I hate to say it but many agencies view new moms as a risky hire - I've seen some women be fired when they returned to work since the agency already re-allocated their hours.
I’m not sure if it’s across all teams, but I feel like I don’t have to lie about picking up my kids or other child related things. I did feel like I had to hide my family at my previous place. It’s much easier not lying
100% agree.
SSW tries to walk the walk. Remote flex has been established and is the officially stated intention for the future.
If your boss and dept lead approve than yes. Those who are responsible and good at their job should be ok in many cases. I know several people at different levels who plan to be almost completely remote. Some have moved away. Many new hires have been made in California and other states and are not expected to relocate. There may be jobs and teams that need more in office times than others. People are in the process of making plans now. Lots of variety. Almost no mandates. But YMMV.
Publicis media does maternity and fraternity leave.
Lmaoo oops and I just realized! Yes join the frat
