The McKinsey way is only for McKinsey. It says one of the guys was moving, and trusted a colleague to go pick a HOuSE for his family. I wouldn't even trust my RP with my CRT rating. The PwC way is to stab people in the back with a knife.

All of the McKinsey way, mind, engagement, etc. each of these have a chapter or two on selling. Flawless consulting too. For general Management Consulting Case In Point is great for problem solving and business frameworks. I’m interested in in others recommendations always looking for hidden gems to pull through my next deck. Also look at Amazon for books on strategic storytelling.

Anybody did the apics certification in logistics ? I have the choose between the cslp and cscp but not sure which one I should be doing

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

43 days has passed in PDP with Timeline for me and there are still no projects avaliable on TMP based on my current skill set. I am upskilling my self as my Home manager asked me but this long period on PDP with Timeline is really making me nervous.

Hello,

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in. I do see a few new projects come in every week but I’m not getting staffed on them. Should I be worried? Should I ask my PM if I should be worried? We’re in a pretty small group less than 20 people
