I work for a small company in a role I kind of fell into (and I am lucky for that). My team is great, they have their issues like any team and the job is pretty flexible, but I really don’t like what I do and I don’t see a a future unless I want to grow in supply chain. I have a final interview at another company in a sales roll, not a dream job but the team is great (have a friend who used to be on this team) and it’s at a huge company with TONS of opportunities (continued in comments)

Now in 2nd round, interviewer didn't joined the interview and I have send an email to the hr stating the same.

Now HR has Ghost me nor returning my email or call.

What to do now, is there any way to check the current status?

Could be a very dumb question, but brand new to this so need some help. How do I go about shopping around for the best interest rate? I just got pre-approved and got a interest rate of 5.5%, but feel like I could do better. Do I just fill out applications online with different lenders or what’s the best way to go about that?
