I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.

Very Noob question: First year here that has done DD for a couple of deals representing the seller now. Essentially all I did was note whether certain agreements have change of control provisions, and if so, what the specific language is. I understand what the CoC do, but why am I doing this? Specifically, what does the buyer do with this? It seems like these provisions should trigger but nothing then happens...

I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.

Tips for bankruptcy associates who eventually want to move in-house? 3rd year associate in bankruptcy/restructuring group doing mainly bk lit but a few deals too. Need to stay in BL for at least another year for the money, but eventually want to move in-house. The path to in-house seems more straightforward for general commercial lit or more standard transactional practices.
