As others have mentioned there is huge variability depending on industry and company size, and also factors like the quality of the benefits and the stability/WLB. Companies with poor WLB or volatility have to pay more otherwise no one would work there.
$80K is competitive for medium cost of living locations and the manufacturing industry, but if you moved to Tech or Financial Services you could make more. The challenge is that timing is likely not very good and it might make sense to stay where you are if you feel good about your company's ability to weather a recession.
Thank you for your insight on this!
Not sure where you live/ the industry you're in, but you have several more years than me and I'm making more. Six figures easily, but company size and location could help.
This is helpful. Thank you!
You are so underpaid considering your position and years of experience. How big is your company by the way? Is $80k your base pay? We can check on your location as well.
Hi, yes $80k is my base with a 5% bonus (depends on how the company performs). We are 1000+ employees and are a manufacturing company in North Carolina.
You should be making between $100-120k easily.
Minimum 100k. But depending on your location, it could range to a lot lot lot more.
Thank you! This is good to know. This is around the amount I've seen on various salary sites like salary.com.

You are being underpaid. You should e making closer to 110k.
Thank you for your insight!
You should definitely be making more. I know we are not privy to other factors, but experience and certifications alone, you should be easily at six figures.
Thank you for your response! I am happy to share any information that you may be curious about just let me know 😊
