Any pointers on cracking Google Business Systems Analyst Interviews?

Technically, I'm not a college student anymore because I just graduated in December. I am having trouble finding jobs within my field (Communications with little experience in marketing). I've gotten plenty of interviews, but none of them have made it past the first formal interview (phone screening then interview). Any advice?

4 days after interviewing with Facebook, and recruiter still has not got back to me yet? If I were rejected, then why hasn't the recruiter got back? Could it be that they are still interviewing other people?

I’m a creative / tech innovator applying to McKinsey and the other big four. However, I’m now concerned my limited on-the-fly math skills will automatically count me out. Seems like the interview process weighs on that. Im wondering if I need to hire a math tutor to help me get up to speed. Post-Covid, I just cannot seem to find the inspiration to network at a conference such as the AWS DC summit. I initially wanted to get facetime with vendors to check out potential job openings.

But it just feels like a large circle jerk where no productive work gets done. And besides all keynote addresses are recorded and available online anyway.
