How does sleep affect your medications effectiveness? Do you feel like you need X hours of sleep for your adderall/vyvanse etc. to work properly?

Having massive issues getting anything done at work the past couple of weeks. With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.
