Who wants to be a millionaire?
Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Hi Fishes, I recently joined Pwc AC and was informed to update my checkpoint portfolio where we update all our investments. If we have some investments and if we do not declare them, will it be a problem or can I update it as Nothing to report. Recently I joined here so I'm having some confusion regarding this.

Plano and Frisco ftw
Las Colinas is pricey unless you are looking for condos. Also Irving ISD is not so good.
I'm in southlake and love it. Close to the airport, great schools, quiet and has decent shops and restaurants. It's a bit far from the city though.
The mall where there's an apple store is amazing. Like a mini escape into a different town.
My cousins bought new constructions in Allen and Frisco but these are so far from the office
If you're looking at suburbs, the closer you are to plano the better I'm betting with all the influx of large companies relocating and legacy west going up
Yeah I'd say Frisco, Irving, Carrolton, and South Lake
Murphy !!!
Thanks all .. Would you say $130 - $140 / sft in Irving / frisco for a new construction is rightly priced ..?
I live in Frisco now and love it. Absolutely love it
Pwc3 which part of frisco ? West ?
Irving is pricier than Frisco. You want to be in Coppell school districts. Plano West ditto. Plano east is the dumps. Carrollton is ok.
West on Lebanon. Say no Irving.
What about las colinas?
Want great not good ISDs from kindergarten thru HS and good/great neighborhoods <$550k .... It's Frisco
Pwc3 is right but I'd add McKinney to the list. Still affordable.
