Any tips and tricks for getting callbacks for applying via LinkedIn job posts? I thought I had a good resume but got very quick rejection emails from 20+ jobs so far. I heard about ATS automated screening software and tried a free comparison for a job that I think I qualified for my my resume got only 20% match. How should one apply for onsite jobs (preferably UK) ? Wherever I apply , I get rejected because I mark the field as YES for "I will need Visa sponsorship".

Had two rounds of interviews for an in house role and really like the company/job. I followed up Friday regarding next steps and was told they are still interviewing and should be wrapping up soon.
