I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.

I’ve progressed fast without MBA to this point, and MBA hires come in to my firm as Seniors which is below my level (appreciate they get paid more). I want to transition to industry. Is there value in me doing a MBA? I have no debt, so would be nervous taking on so much in student loans but I am trying to play the long game here.
