I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. No actual clients, just work with made up company names. They have many clients that they work with-but won’t show them online. I have never heard of this? Why would someone do that? Isn’t it counterproductive to show fake companies and work? How can they discourage their boss that’s not a good idea without offending them?
