Have to use Loom for this. I know with Loom you can do just video but would it be wise to make something for alongside it too? Like a PP - or is this too much? Want to go above and beyond as I love this role! Thanks!

Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
Any thoughts?

Has anyone made the jump from in-house legal over to the business side? How did the transition go? Would you do over it again? I work in a niche area (workplace health and safety) and have gotten a promotion in place, but have maxed out my growth in the legal department if I want to stay in safety.
