I’ve worked on many of their accounts not in house and the clients are the worst. The most under qualified and disrespectful people I’ve ever worked with on every brand but one. At director level too. To call those people both my clients and coworkers would not be my first choice.
What brand is the exception?
And sometimes W&K will be tasked with executing your idea. That’s how it works.
All the major campaigns are still handled by outside agencies. Let’s say you’re working on bud light, you think you’re gonna be doing anything big when Wieden is the AOR?

I would apply. The only real way to know if it’s a good fit is if you meet the team. Who knows, maybe you won’t get a call back. Maybe you’ll love it and stay. Maybe you’ll hate it and leave. Just apply and see for yourself.
