I just signed an offer with them! Will start in Nov!
Coming up on 9 years, too. Two major promotions, happy with comp growth. WBL allowed me to be home and see my kids as they were growing. I work about 40 hours/week. Sometimes more during a pitch or crunch time. I really like my leadership, and found some great mentors. Projects are as impactful, if not more impactful, than the mostly-staff-aug work I was doing at big4.
@CM1 On average 40-45/week with maybe an hour or two of business development on top of that. If you are looking for good WLB this is where it’s at.
I just accepted an offer there. It’s like a hybrid of consulting and industry. Consulting work but industry hours
Been at Slalom over half a decade. I love it and have no plans to leave either. In my experience it's much more common to work less than 40 than more than 40.
Culture is great, team and management is supportive. Good career movement. Our team has started doing bi-annual market adjustments as well, which has helped keep pay competitive for myself and my team.
No complaints really
DL is just the name for our practice that contains project managers, agile consultants, BA's, and similar. Projects tend to be staffed with a variety of people from a variety of practices, so while the role on the project team might vary, the experience is pretty similar.
Been here 9 years. No plans to leave.
I’ve worked for 4 consulting firms. I have better WLB here than any of the others - by far!

Joined in August and loving it. I'm in an internal role and feel so supported in a way that I never did at EY. I'm encouraged to use my expertise and to develop plans that will help our department. It's really invigorating.
I just joined 5 months ago and love love love it. No plans on leaving anytime soon. Great WLB and culture. Reason to stay is the PEOPLE.
SC9... Your math is off. You can't just divide by 52... 👻🤌

I joined a bit less than a year ago and have no plans to leave. My office as a whole is great, team is great, I’ve been able to be on work that reflects my development goals. All under 45 hours/week!

I love the slalom culture and WLB, but it’s worth noting that the markets can vary quite a bit so YMMV
Call your Slalom recruiter ;)
Does Slalom pay as much as Big 4?

I am internal and went from 88 to 115+bonus. Big step up for me.
