This question may not be related. However I wanted to know from personal and family point of view how it is like to relocate from India and live abroad .
Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I understand we will get good facilities, education, cleanliness , good air etc , however I wanted to check whether people gel up easily in the new environment? Don't they feel loneliness/ difficult to adjust? Do they look for similar asian nationalities to kill boredom?

I just learned I was parentified severely, especially emotionally. The discovery came from outside of therapy, but having a place every week to sit down, slow down & reflect def led to it. Being enmeshed with my parents like this was a cause for my anxiety, low self esteem and workaholic, people pleasing tendencies. I'm working on extricating myself and finding my identity again in a way that will be easy on my conscience and values..so I'm learning! Please dont hesitate to go to therapy!...

Curious what anyone thinks about cologne? Is it a turn on? I am not really into it.. but I just got a whiff of this dude at the gym and the cologne did something to me 🥰 It was really subtle. I’ve been on Wellbutrin for about a year and it was working…but I feel the depression coming back. I don’t want to just keep upping the dosage (went from 150 -> 200). I’m not too sure what to do and therapy is something I can’t afford right now with my recent rent increase. Any thoughts or advice?

Sometimes I let people know I'm sober. I don't talk about the 12 steps unless someone asks. I try to practice attraction rather than promotion. Also I've never done a noon meeting but sometimes I really think I should!
