Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.

One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.

As we’re heading into the weekend, what are some things you do to recharge and give yourself a break?

It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gone a day or night without crying and feeling haunted by them. I can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t produce quality work, can’t find joy in anything I previously loved. This is the worst physical and psychological pain I’ve ever experienced.

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Can i get released from project while being on notice period ?
