I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.

We have had a couple of nightmare clients over the years. One called over a dozen times in the middle of the night and emailed the office manager over and over demanding an immediate call. The best advice I can give is to take a breather and not respond to them right away. Take a walk. Then when you’re calm, respond. This works best when you’re emailing. Read the email over before you send it. If you’re on the phone with them let them rant and complain until they’re done because, as my senior attorney told me, when they get whatever it is out of their system then you can talk to them.
