Hi ZS folks, I have an offer for a Business Technology Solutions Associate role at ZS. I wanted to know if there's room for negotiation, considering I have another offer and also considering the cost of living and student loans. Can anyone share some insights about BTSA comp and negotiation? The principal did mention that I did well in the interview when they called me. My profile: BS in CS, MS in Business Analytics, Location: Princeton. Comp: Base: 85k, Sign on: 7k Relocation: 4k. Please help.

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with discrimination as an Asian in the workplace? In my company it seems like it’s a white boys club where and they just promote white ppl because they’re white. And then they have a lower bar for promotions for minorities (traditional minorities likes Hispanics and African Americans). Meanwhile they make Asians do all the work. I am not generalizing that this is how it is everywhere but it definitely is that way in my workplace. Any advice?
