95k plus is definitely doable in public sector consulting. Hell D offered me 115k to come over as an SC in GPS about a year ago.
Should have paid attention at Harvard
Yeah Stanford but same difference
What are those letters
Looking for 95k salary minimum. Pretty standard for most SCs at D I'm just behind and a promotion/ 1 rating isnt going to move me up enough
BCG 1 - how hard is it / what's the percent of people at BCG without MBAs aka just undergrad?
Post in the Deloitte bowl, half of this won’t make sense to anyone out of it lol
Wtf does any of tht mean
How much are you looking for?
Yeah but your value is down because you’re in GPS. If you want money, move to commercial.
But you work 60+ hours a week! So per hour, it really comes out the same.
I’m attempting to do so right now. Not so much that I expect a rate adjustment before Sept, but to at least put a bug in their ear that I’m paid awfully below market in hopes that my new compensation will be adjusted to close the gap.
Yeah exactly ^. Any other big 4 offering over 100K for an SC?
I’m at Guidehouse. Came in at > 100 before the sale. Plenty of seniors are still coming in at more than 100.
If you’re a Tier 1 at Deloitte they might be willing to make a deal with you. Be tactful about it, but typically firms want to hold onto their top performers
What is the KPMG equivalent to SC? Senior Associate?
Give or take
I’ve seen SC’s at D jump to managers at KPMG, since KPMG doesn’t have the analyst level it’s a tad fuzzy
