PwC 🐠, I interviewed with the firm about 6 months ago for a Senior Associate position on the forensics team. I wasn’t extended an offer because the position was given to an internal transfer, at least what I was told. I tried reaching out to the recruiter I worked with last time but the email bounced back and wouldn’t be delivered. I was hoping to see / reapply if the group still was looking for seniors.
In your opinion, would it be best to reapply as a cold application?

Is capital one a good place to consider being a product manager? I’m desperately trying to exit a toxic work environment and I’m evaluating a capital one offer versus one from a rental app startup . Salary is super close for both but want to make sure I don’t run to the wrong company in an attempt to escape my current one Capital One
Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. Ahh, I see. If you can figure out a way to network with employees there, that can help. Perhaps there are people from Accenture or your alma mater that you can connect with. I’m not sure if a grad degree is in the cards for you, but you could maybe do an EMBA at a school they recruit out of.
I know a few people who went from selling consultancy at Accenture and similar firms to selling salesforce consultancy at salesforce. Later some of them switched to selling product instead of services.
The consulting selling role is called account partner and is within the customer success group. From the folks that I know they knew a few people at Salesforce, which helped a bit, and applied to a publicly posted job.
No not directly. I only know of the two guys who came from Accenture to services selling.
I do believe it should be most definitely possible to make such a switch. I work closely with account executives who sell to large enterprise accounts and what they do basically is selling technology, not products
