I did an HCG trigger on 6/26. Took 1 test/day days 11-15, all positives. Now (day 17pt) I’m having cramps and lots of bloating. Is that normal in very early pregnancy? Slightly panicking...

Has anyone had any side effects from Ovidrel? I did my shot on Wednesday night and Thursday and Friday I was SO tired and fatigued and it was impossible to focus. Did my IUI on Friday and I’ve been SO crampy and in pain and I’m soooo cranky and irritable and I can’t figure out if it’s from the injection still or what

Obviously many of us get paid very well and there is an expectation with work demands for being paid that high. But what’s too much? How do you set a limit to preserve your mental health? I find myself guilty for taking time to decompress but I know I come back to work refocused after I do it.

Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Should I rejoin Equinox? Background: I cancelled my equinox membership because I wanted to try out different gyms. After about a month and a half, I’ve determined I really miss Equinox. Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

My anxiety has been at bay after changing my job and just feeling like I HAVE control over my life. But now it's back because I feel like I'm behind in other aspects of my life (I.e dating). I have so many friends getting engaged and I just feel... anxious since I am SO single. I'm 27, and I know I'm at that age where people do but it just sucks. Thoughts: Managers and senior managers should intervene when project folks starts working more than 8 hours. It's sad that initially everybody talks about 8 hours work goal but employee forced or end up working more than 10 hours. Company is not asking you to work more than 8 hours, it's the pressure from peers and seniors and managers who do "a gentle request" to finish a task asap.
Also managers, Please teach new techies to hold the horses and not put there peer in pressure.
