Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?

Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

I was doing my own investment research when I came across multiple financial management websites suggesting really bad mutual funds.

Current FD RD rate is between 5.5% to 6.5% for 12 to 18 months. These websites are suggesting "better alternatives" of mutual funds with return rate of 3-4% for the same duration.

If this is the case of misinformation for these simple investment tools, we can't imagine how much misinformation is there for more complicated options
