I know in the long run total comp through equity and sales commission bonus can be much higher but having a hard time making the jump… mostly my ego to drop drastically in TCO the first year after spending all these years trying to increase base. Still interviewing - unicorn saas account exec. What would you do?

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Received an external offer. Negotiated 10% higher. They agreed, I verbally accepted, and they sent me written offer with a week to sign. During that time, I had a final round with another firm and they made an offer even higher than the negotiated offer with the original firm. How to proceed? Both firms are the same to me.
