Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

My psoriasis was gone using Olivia's essential oil recipe for psoriasis. There's also a product that's recommended in the post...I cant remember the name but it has great reviews.
My dermatologist suggested I use the MG217 Medicated Salicylic Acid Cream since it's specifically made with psoriasis in mind. Coal tar slows down the growth of skin cells while salicylic acid aids in leasing and removing scales.
Hello! My brother has psoriasis and he's also having a hard time dealing with it. What are the medicines that you've tried so far?
Aside from ointments and medicines prescribed by the derma, it is important to moisturize your skin. I use jergens intense moisture therapy and aloe vera gel.
Question, what other products do you use? You might be extra sensitive. I suggest you stay away from products with fragrance to avoid further irritation.
get something with high % of coal tar in it! I have em all over my hands, too. Coal tar works well for me. I hope it works for you too
A coworker of mine has this exact condition. He said if he uses coconut oil on his palms everyday, it keeps them healed. You have to use organic (not bleached or pasteurized) coconut oil. I'm not guaranteeing results, but if you haven't tried it, I do recommend it. If not, I also heard that Dermarest lotion works pretty well. Good luck!
I was very surprised to learn recently that CeraVe actually has their own psoriasis cream. It works really well in preventing my skin from going scaly. Try it out for yourself.
I use the Curél Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer when I'm fresh out of the shower and my skin it still wet since it's activated by water. It's shea butter based so it's ultra hydrating but not at all greasy.
I cannot recommend the Medovie 3HX All-Natural Plant-Rich Derma Cream enough. It has been scientifically shown to relieve psoriasis and other chronic skin diseases. My hands' irritation, redness, and dryness have all been relieved by it alone.
The Gold Bond Multi-Symptom Psoriasis Relief Cream is my favorite remedy. This fragrance-free cream for psoriasis-affected skin combines salicylic acid, ceramides, and seven different moisturizers.

I always wear big rubber gloves when doing dishes, and I have a separate pair for doing any cleaning (do not get cleaning products on your skin ever)!
Go to Amazon and search Gloves in a Bottle. I use this after washing my hands (after every 4-5 hand washes). Game changer.
CeraVe Healing ointment and sleep gloves. Slather on the ointment and then wear the gloves and sleep in them. Wake up with healing hands in the morning and repeat until the flare up is gone.
I found out the very habit that made my psoriasis worst. I take too long to shower. Lingering in the tub or shower doesn't help at all. Especially hot showers as it dries the skin out.
Spend time outside. A little sunshine can actually improve your symptoms. UV Rays naturally slow down skin cell activity so it makes your skin less scaly and inflamed. Don't overdo it, though.
Has your dermatologist suggested that you undergo light therapy? My mom has hand psoriasis as well and she was recommended this therapy.
You should definitely keep track of what triggers your psoriasis. It could be stress, certain foods, getting sick. So, I suggest you write everything down and bring it with you on your next trip to your dermatologist.
Try giving your hand a warm soak. Warm, not hot. Put bath oil, oatmeal, or epsom salt in a bowl. But limit it to just a few minutes. It can help slough off scaly skin and relieve itchiness.
Eczema sufferer here - unfortunately, it's so much trial and error with autoimmune skin conditions :( asides from the products being mentioned here, you might want to evaluate your diet and see if there are any potential triggers...dairy is a big trigger for my eczema, so I have to be really careful not to trigger a flare
Did your derm prescribe any retinoid with light therapy? My cousin got that prescription from his derm and it was pretty effective. I think the result became apparent after a couple of sessions.
My aunt went dairy free. She said she had cracks on all her fingertips. And they went away and never came back after a few weeks of being dairy-free
