I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..

Is it normal to feel numb around the holidays? I'm tired, dealing with seasonal affective disorder and a really tough caseload right now. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

To people who have worked on both, what is the main difference in responsibility for a consultant working on a COTS delivery project compared to more bespoke agile one? I have experience in agile bespoke delivery, would I find it easy to switch to COTS implementation?

Working on a regular desk and my laptop has been killing my back and neck for last few years. Finally spent a couple hundred dollars on a standing desk, wireless keyboard, and back/neck heating pad to alleviate the pain. Very hopeful working will be much better now.

I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. One issue with the work from home revolution will be the offshoring of jobs. I got laid off and my replacement will be from Mexico City. One time zone away and probably half my salary. It is what it is.
