I’m sure someone addressed this but what is the consensus on proof of vaccination for cast and crew. I work in the commercial world and it seems to be all over the place. Client has kicked the can down to agency/production. I’m production, I say fully vaxxed. Agency producer says fully vaxxed. Overall, most crew is happy about a vax policy. I just do t see how we can accommodate The anti-vaxxers and still provide a safe shoot. What say you?

Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true?
