I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?

Pay is very good. Managers in strategy TC anywhere from 150-250, SM 200-350, Dir 300-400. More upside from stock Ignore the trolls talking ethics that know nothing about the company except what they here from the media looking for clicks / uninformed representatives wanting to take a stand for publicity. This is such a stupid argument, either you are just plain incompetent and ignorant, or you just don’t care. Either way, you mass produce poison targeting teens. Own it, or admit you don’t know what is in the product.
They pay really well actually for senior roles with total comp in the 300-400k range at director or more depending on stock upside. Great opportunity and ban will likely be reversed nor does it take place for another 8 months. Also they have revenues about 500-600m a quarter and are growing significantly internationally.
Pay doesn’t justify social impact.
Most here wouldn’t think twice about working for Raytheon, Honeywell, or United Technologies. Get off your high horses
I worked at utc it isn’t remotely similar to juul. Every plane we fly on has something built by utc juul I can go my entire life without encountering a juul product if I don’t want to.
Always good to want to work for a company intent on giving as many people as possible horrible health multiplied by cancer!

I don’t see people at DoD get shamed like this or any other company/agency responsible for direct human misery. Get off your high horses. None of us are adding legitimate value to society if we are being honest.
