Purely transactional attorneys, where did you find your job opportunities? It seems there’s a sea of litigation positions but very few law practicing options for desk jockeys, unless I’m just looking in the wrong places.

I’m so bad at investing. I make many emotional investing decisions without thinking too much about them. Like I just sold ETF I didn’t like much and as soon as I sold it, it went up by 20%. So many of my individual stocks are underwater by a big margin. My returns are probably like 15-20% over the past 3-4 years. Anyone in similar boat? I should just stick to VOO and DCA...?

I live in one of the most expensive cities in the US, and even with combined incomes of $600k, my SO and I can not afford (nor justify) a 3-bedroom house (median price north of $2M). We also work nonstop and I don’t know how we’ll be able to raise a family with our workload and COL. Looking to relocate and find a new job where I work 40 hours a week so I can raise a family, where COL is much lower but we don’t take a massive pay cut. Does such a place exist?? Or am I looking for a fairy tale?
