Received it in years past when I hit 90/100 nights. There are no set requirements - it's given out to top spenders / stayers
Helloooo I'm at the client alone due to snowstorm
If you have Marriott platinum they now give United gold... just announced ..https://thepointsguy.com/2017/03/marriott-platinum-premier-united-gold/
A1, important distinction is it's for Marriott plat premier, not just plat.
Have had it for the last couple of years, did 90+ nights each year, with CC spend, bonus nights, etc. came to 140 and 134 in each of those years...
It's supposedly 125 nights
Can you match SPG status to get that?
No, SPG plat regardless if Ambassador or not = Marriott plat
Can you share a link to the match please?
There's no match, you link your accounts, same company now.
Match for united sorry. Anyway it's only united silver so nevermind
If you have united gold you get Marriott gold
In case anyone was local for 10 years
Right, that's me. Platinum for life and currently platinum premier.
Wow, that's pretty cool. I was Platinum Premier for 4 or 5 years and honestly didn't notice a difference over regular platinum. I stayed 150 or so nights a year and usually order room service once or twice a week. Other than that, I don't think I'm a particularly high slender (one year I was in BFE all year at a rate of $119/night).
