Anyone transition from MBB to product management? Looking to switch, have a CS undergrad background

I am working in Amazon from June 2020 as L3 HR Generalist. My current CTC is 5.2 LPA. I have a post graduation degree in English.
I was wondering if doing an MBA distance course from Symbiosis would help me get a better position and salary?
Can anyone please suggest? If not symbiosis then can I choose any other University for doing the MBA?

I am an experienced software and data product developer/ manager, who took a break to try consulting. My industry is Health and Public sector. I am trying to get back to product, but, the public sector experience is not apple = apple match in the private PM world. For eg. No agile.
